Are you kidding ?
Could you imagine people would “hack” with Microsoft ?
Am I missing something ?
Wargame ? isn’t it what people call in french “jeu de guerre”.
Qué es esa gente ?
For Microsoft, they are doing security research and as such have definitely something to do with the conference. At the /tmp/lab and Hackito Ergo Sum conference, we are quite against “churches”, little group who feel so good together that they don’t care looking outside
We prefer being open to other worlds, being versatile, being different each one from the other, that’s what we call “being rich”. Why isn’t this vision more shared? Don’t you see how much trouble and pain is created by unneeded, artificial boundaries and separations? Let’s not do that on the Internet
Wargame is a bit like a CTF (Capture The Flag) except you don’t need to guard your own infrastructure. It’s only the attack side.
For the “Ques es esa gente?”, first do you want us to be speaking french all the time? We make the effort to speak a language that most of the planet can easily learn, please do the same.
Now thanks to online translators, it seems to say “What are these people?”. Well, this is a bit pretentious isn’t it? Who are you? We’re just pulling off a conference with zero budget, getting sponsors to fund international speakers to come share interesting topics… Think about it.
